Vermont Easement Law in the News

New stories about Vermont’s Senate Bill 119, which would create a process for amending, exchanging or extinguishing conservation easements,  aired on Vermont Public Radio and Vermont Digger this morning.

UVLT continues to press for changes to the legislation so it will provide transparency and consistency for all conservation easements and assure that minimum standards to safeguard charitable gifts are in place.
