In the Dirt at the Brookmead Garden

Yesterday we pulled black the plastic that has been protecting and warming the soil in our food pantry garden at Brookmead Conservation Area. We planted 400 row feet of potatoes in the soft, rich earth. Looking forward to a great harvest in a few months!
